Apartment Complex Pest Control Pricing

This is a Monthly Service that includes treating the interior of the units on the even months of the year and the exterior of the units on the odd months of the year. Callback services are limited to 20% of the total number of units per month. We DO NOT spray the apartment's baseboards with chemicals, we provide an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to pest control by targeting the pest specifically when treating an Apartment Complex. After each Service visit, we provide an electronic report that indicates areas of pest concerns along with products used and recommendations to reduce pest issues in and around the Apartment Complex. We provide online access to all billing and invoice records available 24/7 to our customers. Below you will find the pest that are serviced under this agreement.
   
Charge per month per number of units in complex:

• ​5 to 25 units - Initial charge $20 per unit - Monthly Rate @ $10 per unit
• 26 to 40 units - Initial charge $18 per unit - Monthly Rate @ $9 per unit
• 41 units plus - Initial charge $16 per unit - Monthly Rate @ $8 per unit

Additional Apt. Complex Services offered:

• ​Inside Flea Treatment - $95 per unit (30 day Guarantee)
• Interior Rodent Service - $6 per unit (All units charged not an individual charge)
• Exterior Rodent Service - $26 per Bait Station purchased and a $2 a month maintenance fee for each bait station

We DO NOT offer a Bed Bug Service for Commercial Structures
