Companies build this cost into their pricing, NOTHING IS FREE, you will pay for it in one manner or another. Do you think you are getting an unbiased assessment?

 

• Biased Recommendations:
  Free termite inspections are often conducted by pest control companies or exterminators who have a vested interest in selling their services. Most free inspections are conducted by a sales person working on commission to earn their income. This increases the possibility that they may exaggerate or even fabricate the presence of termites in order to secure a contract for treatment. This can lead to unnecessary and costly treatments to you.

  Free termite inspections may only cover a basic evaluation of the visible areas or accessible parts of a property.
