This recurring service protects you and your Tenants against 20 different pest in and around the structure, this includes a 5' perimeter around the foundation of the structure. Pests included in this Service Agreement are listed below. Our Initial Service includes the interior and exterior treatment of the structure. We DO NOT spray baseboards with chemicals, we provide an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to pest control by targeting the pest specifically. Since 90% of all pest invade from the exterior, on your regularly Scheduled Service Treatments, we focus our efforts on the exterior by re-establishing the exterior barrier that was applied on our previous service visit. This allows us to treat the Structure without interrupting you are your Tenants personal schedules, as no one needs to be present for us to perform the Treatment Service. Of course if you or your Tenants are seeing any activity of pest inside we will schedule an interior treatment at your convenience as needed at no additional charge.
