Commercial Add-on Services:
These are NOT Stand Alone Services. You must have a Commercial Pest Control Service Agreement with us to qualify for these add-on Services. Rodent Protection Service - $20 monthly - (excludes Apt. complexes) This add-on service includes monitoring and inspecting facility for rodent intrusions and infestations. We will fill/close out small quarter size entry points that are accessible and notify management/ownership of maintenance required in and around building to eradicate rodents. If purchased we will maintain and re-fill rodent bait stations. Fly Control Service - $20 monthly - (excludes Apt. complexes) This add-on service includes treating window ledges, exterior door openings and dumpster area by back door for flies. We will notify management/ownership of sanitation issues that are contributing to fly infestations. If purchased we will maintain Fly Lights and re-fill Time Mist systems. Commercial Add-on Products:
These services/products can be purchased separately and do not require having a Commercial Pest Control Service Agreement with us. Exterior Rodent Bait Stations if required: Initial Charge per Bait Station placed around property - $26 each* * Rodent Bait Stations become the customers property after initial installation Fly Equipment if required: *(Customer MUST supply electricity to each unit installed) Decorative Fly Light Unit installed* - $275 each Industrial Back of the House Fly Light installed* - $295 each Time Mist Unit installed - $55 each Monthly Maintenance fee per each Fly Light serviced - $10 Monthly Maintenance fee per each Time Mist Unit serviced - $10 Products Supplied: Bio-Mop - $45 per gallon Drain Gel - $45 per gallon Rodent Bait Station - $26 per station NOTE: We DO NOT sell products, they are furnished with a Service
