Rodent Protection Plan Pricing:

​Three month Service Plan (90 day guarantee)

• ​​Residential Home: $285 (1 Rodent Bait Station)
• Duplex: $385 (2  Rodent Bait Station)
• Tri-Plex: $485 (3  Rodent Bait Station) 
• Four Plex: $585 (4  Rodent Bait Station)

** This Plan includes three scheduled service visits within the first 30 days and unlimited service visits as needed within the 90 day service guarantee 

Protection Includes:

• Rodent exclusion inspection of the property
• Identifying potential entry points into your property that you can have rectified 
  
• Placing Glue boards and Traps are deemed necessary based on the inspection
• Set up of Rodent Bait Station(s) on the exterior of the property with rodenticide

(NOTE: Additional Exterior Bait Stations may be purchased)
